The Ray Gary Jr., Law Office — Background and Experience
Our firm was formed by attorney Ray Gary Jr. after he spent years working first as a criminal prosecutor and then as a criminal court judge in Cobb County. Because of Mr. Gary's comprehensive experience with criminal law and the local criminal justice system, the firm has achieved many successes and has earned an excellent reputation. Mr. Gary still serves as a traffic court judge today.
More recently, Mr. Gary was joined by attorney Victoria S. Aronow. Ms. Aronow has over 25 years of legal experience and has served as a prosecutor for 18 of those years. Additionally, she was employed as a prosecuting attorney by the State of Georgia's Prosecuting Attorneys' Council, a group of prosecutors that provides assistance to county prosecutors statewide on their most complex, difficult cases. Today, she still works as a municipal prosecutor, part-time, as City Solicitor for Powder Springs, Georgia.

Time, Energy and Focus
We devote as much time as it takes to formulate the strongest defensive strategy against criminal charges of all kinds, from traffic violations to major felonies. We work with our clients to learn every detail about the evidence of their alleged crimes and the circumstances of their lives. In every case, our goal is to either defeat or minimize the charges and/or to reduce the penalties in the case of a guilty verdict.
We are often able to enroll our clients in diversionary programs. In such a program, the state drops the charges against you in exchange for your commitment to enroll in counseling, perform community service or undergo some other form of alternative sentencing.
Our experience and skill can help you bring the strongest possible response against your criminal charges. To schedule a free consultation, call us today at 888-807-6134 or just contact our offices online.
