Criminal Defense Attorney in Marietta, Georgia 

I began my law practice in 1974, so I've had 60 years of experience. And partly as a judge, partly as a prosecutor and currently as a criminal defense attorney. That would include everything from a traffic citation to a murder or death penalty murder case or anything in between.

Having been a full time judge for four years in the criminal court, I had an opportunity to observe many different attorneys and their techniques and I learned from the things they did well and I also learned from their mistakes.

It's been my experience that when someone comes to an attorney, they're looking for one of three things, either they perceive that the attorney has influence or trial skills or they're just looking for someone they can trust. I try to provide all three to my clients.
